NOTICE
Property damage by items in the processing area!
When the system is switched on items in the processing area can cause property
damage.
Before switching on the system, always ensure that no items and no parts are in
the processing area.
6.2 Preparations for use
Before working with the system check the following settings and conditions:
The requirements of the place of installation (see page 34) have to be met.
If a cold system is brought into a warm surrounding, this can lead to condensation of
humidity. Thus, the system that has been disconnected from the power supply should
acclimatize for 24 hours before you connect it to the power supply again.
Perform a visual check.
The following components have to be connected to the system and have to be
ready for operation:
PC (provided by customer)
Extraction system
Power supply
Operate the system on an over-current protection (230 V / 16 A / 110 V).
6.3 Typical production process
This chapter describes a typical production process. The following steps are
performed:
Switching on the system
Preparing the data
Processing the material
Switching off the system
6.3.1 Switching on the system
The system is switched on as follows:
Switching on the system and the components
