Placing and fastening the material on the processing table
Before any processing procedure is started, a drilling underlay plate and the material
have to be placed and fastened onto the processing table.
Property damage by incorrect material thickness!
The system could be damaged if the entered material thickness does not match the
actual material thickness.
Only one drilling underlay plate at a time may be placed on the processing
table.
Make sure that the entered material thickness is the actual material thickness.
Measure the actual thickness with a caliper gauge if necessary.
1. Ensure that the processing table is clean.

2. Place the drilling underlay plate on the processing table in such a way that the
dowel pins fit into the register holes.

3. Place the material to be processed on the drilling underlay plate in such a way that
the dowel pins fit into the register holes.
Damage by wrongly inserted dowel pins!
The processing head can damage the dowel pins in case of contact.
Ensure that the dowel pins do not protrude from the material to be processed.
4. Fasten the material to be processed along its edges with the adhesive tape
included in the delivery.
