4.7 Installation of options
All options (LX 7007 C D, Remote Control, Voice Module, Compass Module, secondary vario indicators) are pre
prepared to be connected to 485 system bus by use of 485 Splitting units. Installation of all options is plug-
and_play and therefore requires only mechanical installation work. LX 7007 C DU also powers all bus
connected devices. A fuse built on LX 7007 C DU back prevents damage to the DU after a short in wiring or in
some 485 device will happen.
Note!
Never connect devices to 485 bus,
if LX 7007 C DU is under power.
