Figure 4.3: Header Boot
2. Position boot (B) on lift linkage (A) and reinstall clevis
pin (C). Pin may be installed from either side of boot.
3. Secure clevis pin (C) with hairpin (D).
4. Repeat for opposite lift linkage.

5. Remove hairpins from pins (A) and remove pins from
header legs.

CAUTION
Check to be sure all bystanders have cleared the area.
6. Start engine and activate HEADER DOWN switch (A)
on ground speed lever (GSL) to fully retract header lift
cylinders.
