• Set the Current Time in hours-minutes-seconds format.
The current day will be displayed automatically for the date and time you set.
• Close the window.
• Click Submit to save RTC settings.
• Click Sync Date-Time with PC button, if you want to sync the system’s date and time with that of your PC.
Daylight Saving Time
Daylight Saving Time (DST) is the practice of advancing clocks so that afternoons have more daylight and
mornings have less. Typically clocks are adjusted forward one hour near the start of spring and are adjusted
backward in autumn. Many countries of the world

use it, though the start and end dates of DST vary by location
and year.
SETU VFXTH supports Daylight Saving Time adjustment to enable you to set the Date and Time

of SETU VFXTH
forward and backward according to the DST convention followed in your country.
You can set DST by: Day and Month or Date and Month.
When SETU VFXTH is set to default, your DST settings will remain unchanged.
To configure DST,
• Under Basic Settings, click the Date and Time Settings link.
•Go to Daylight Saving Time and do the following:
• Select the DST Type. You may select Auto or Custom. If you do not want to apply DST select Disable.
7. In most countries in Asia and Africa, and in certain countries of South America, DST is not observed.
8. SETU VFXTH sets its Date and Time according to the Time Zone you selected, and synchronizes the time according to the SNTP
Server you selected. See “Region”.
