COMPONENT ACCESS
Removing the Control
(Earlier Models)
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
2. Perform the procedures on page 4-4, “Remove Outer Door
Panel” prior to performing the following steps.
3. Disconnect harnesses from control board.
4. Depress the locking tab, see Figure 3

4. Slide the electronic control to the le to unhook the tabs
on the back of the control from the slots in the door
bracket, see Figure 4.

5. There are two tabs on the back of the control that hook
into the slots in the door bracket. See Figure 5.

Removing the Control
(Later Models)
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
2. Perform the procedures on page 4-4, “Remove Outer Door
Panel” prior to performing the following steps.
3. Disconnect harnesses from control board.
4. Depress the locking tab, see Figure 1

4. Slide the electronic control to the le to unhook the tabs
on the back of the control from the slots in the door
bracket, see Figure 2.

Disconnect power before servicing.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
