Drives with this rating are intended for non‑revenue generating government service applications. Use of this
rating in applications other than non‑revenue generating government service applications will void the warranty.
This rating is not to be used in any revenue generating government or commercial applications nor is it to be
used in recreational/pleasure applications. Commercial use is defined as any work or employment related use
of the product, or any use of the product which generates income, or any part of the warranty period, even if
the product is only occasionally used for such purposes.
Duration of Coverage
The coverage duration commences on the date of delivery of the product to the first user; or when the Product
is first leased, rented or loaned; or when the Product has been operated for 125 hours for HO ratings, 50 hours
for INT, GS, and LC ratings, or when the Product has been in inventory stock and properly laid up for three
years from date of shipment from CMD. Unexpired warranty can be transferred from one customer to a
subsequent customer, provided the new application meets the rating guidelines, and only upon proper
re‑registration of the product.

Extended Major Components Warranty—The
Extended Major Components Warranty provision
is concurrent with the Base Warranty and
continues beyond the expiration of the Base
Warranty for an additional four years or 2000
hours, whichever occurs first. Only the Zeus
2000/3000 HO applications have this warranty
provision.
The Extended Major Components Warranty covers the Warrantable Failures of the following drive parts
