Loading the flow cell

Perform the following steps:
1. Press the button of the flow cell compartment door to open the
door.
2. Wipe the surface of the aluminum chuck of the flow cell stage
with a clean cloth moistened with 75% ethanol, and then let it air-
dry.

Maintaining the
flow cell stage on Page 55.

3. Remove a new flow cell from storage, and remove the plastic
packaging.
4. In the flow cell loading interface, tap the Flow cell ID box.
5. Scan the QR code on the flow cell.
6. Press the flow cell attachment button.
7. Hold the flow cell by edges. Align the holes on the flow cell with
the alignment pins on the flow cell stage, Place the flow cell on
the stage and ensure that the flow cell is securely seated.
