Replacing the sealing gasket
z
Do not replace the sealing gaskets frequently to prevent damage to the
tightness of the fluidics line. Before you replace the gasket, replace the
washing flow cell and perform wash procedures. After wash, open the flow
cell compartment and check whether a string of bubbles pass through the
flow cell. If so, replace the gasket.
z
Use tweezers and sealing gaskets that are supplied by the manufacturer for
replacement.
z
Do not drop sealing gaskets into the device.
If the DNB loading fails, or if you find air bubbles in the flow cell or
waste tube, we recommend that you replace the sealing gasket with
a new one.
