5.2.2 Output Type
This menu lets users specify the output type; whether the output connected is a
constant-on alarm or a pulsing-on alarm.
To specify the output type, please follow steps below:
1. Enter Configuration Menu.
2. Press 5 for Alarm Menu.
3. Press 2 for Output Setting.
4. Press 2 for Output Type. Screen as below will be shown. Enter from 1 to 4 to
select the alarm output. Press
# to confirm and proceed to set the output type.
Press
↑ or ↓ to toggle the output to be constantly activated, [CONST]; or
pulse activated, [PULSE].

5. In the section to the right, enter from “0000” and “3599” in seconds to specify
the duration to activate the output alarm. Press
√ to save changes.
5.2.3 Event Type
This menu lets users specify the event type to trigger the output alarm.
To specify the event type, please follow steps below:
1. Enter Configuration Menu.
2. Press 5 for Alarm Menu.
3. Press 2 for Output Setting.
4. Press 3 for Event Type. Screen as below will be shown. Enter from 1 to 4 to
select the alarm output. Press
# to confirm and proceed to set the Event

5. Users can select up to 20 events from a total of 62 different events (refer to
Table 1, page 29) to activate the output. Enter between “00” to “19” to select
the event number, and press
↑ or ↓ to specify an event according to event
code provided in Table 1. Press
√ to save changes.
