Chapter 6: Main Menu
This chapter describes the menu options that allow you to set up your DL431 Mic
Splitter.
Main menu options
The main menu has the following five options:
• Option 1 “MicSplit ID”: for setting up the DL431 Mic Splitter’s network unit ID.
This ranges from 1 to 4; see page 43.
• Option 2 “AES50 Sync”: for selecting the method of synchronising the AES50.
There are three options: Cable Sync A, Cable Sync B and Internal Sync; see
page 44.
• Option 3 “Local Mode”: for setting up mode type, that is, local or console; see
page 45.
• Option 4 “AES50 Status”: for viewing AES50 status. There are two main types, A
and B, each of which has six choices (1 to 6); see page 46.
• Option 5 “S/W Version”: display the current unit host software version and the
CBMA version that the DL431 Mic Splitter is running; see page 47.
