jack.
ERR RXD
RS232 interface There is a break signal >
700 ms at the RXD input.
Check the connection be-
tween the RS232 interface
and external device (e.g.
computer, printer, program-
mable controller).
FRM FEH
A two-point master mea-
surement was selected
even though a connec-
tion formula including both
probe channels is adjusted.
Two-point master measure-
ments are only possible if
the connection formula set
under “FORMULA (1.3)”
reads either “C1” or “-C1”!
Adjust either “C1” or “-C1”
under “FORMULA (1.3)”.
OVF LCD
The number of digits to be
displayed exeeds the num-
ber of digits the can be indi-
cated on the display.
The indication does not change even
though the bolt of the probe is con-
tinuously moving. The raw values in-
dicated after pressing TEST, however,
are OK.
Under PROCESS -> MEA-
SURE -> MEAS.MOD
(3.1.1), the measur-
ing mode “AUTOM:
(3.1.1.2)” was adjusted.
Adjust the “NORMAL
(3.1.1.1)” measuring
mode, as the case may be.
