Setting up Administrator Numbers
(Only possible when “100 Accounts“ is set up.)
Set up Access numbers for Copy Track. Use access numbers to record
copies based on projects or cost centres.

Call up the “Copy Track Data“.
For more information, see page 6-37.

Touch the key of a count group.
The display will change.

Press one of the keys under “NO.“

Press the [C] key on the control
panel to delete a value that you no
longer need.

Input a 4-digit access number using
the keypad.

Did you enter an incorrect
number?
Ü Press [C] on the control panel.
Input the Access number again.

If necessary, make additional
settings for other counters.
