Icon Meaning Description
Copy cycle A copy cycle is running.
Print cycle A print cycle is running.
Print pending The next print job is being
processed.
Receiving data Data are being received for a PC
print job.
Data not received PC print data stuck in memory.
Paper drawer empty. Add paper. For more

Lack of Toner Toner level is low. Replace the
toner bottle. For more

Change the development unit Replace the development unit.
