3.10 Placing Originals on the Glass
Place originals that cannot be processed by a document feeder onto the
original glass.
Paper Originals and Transparent Originals

Raise the original cover by at least
15°.
If the original cover is not open wide
enough, the original size will not be
detected automatically.

Place the original on the glass. The
side that is to be copied must be
down.
