3.2 Entering the Access Number
Access numbers can be set up to manage copy data. Copying is possible
only after the copier has been enabled using a valid access number.
The following touch screen indicator prompts you for your access number.

Enter the access code using the
numeric keypad.

Did you enter an incorrect
number?
Ü Press [C] on the control panel.
Enter the access number again.

Press [KEY] on the control panel to
confirm your input.
The basic settings are displayed on
the touch screen. The copier is
enabled. You may now make
copies.
Ü Press [KEY] before leaving the
copier. This secures the copier again.
