Selecting ‘Tools’ from the left hand side of the web page shows the
following user options:
• Create Diagnostics File
• Create USB Upgrade Media
• Create Device Capabilities File
Create Diagnostics File
This option creates a diagnostics tarball file that gathers up information on all
aspects of system state. It is particularly helpful for Miranda Support when
diagnosing a system issue because it captures a snapshot of the full system in
addition to the normal messages log files.
