Error message Problem and solution
Printer out of paper
The terminal is out of paper.
Insert a new paper roll in the printer. If needed, refer to “Install the paper roll” in the
Moneris® Go Plus Setting up Your Terminal guide at
moneris.com/en/support/moneris-go/monerisgoplus.
System error
Re-try the operation. If the error message appears again, contact Moneris.
Time out
A communication error occurred.
Try the operation again. If the problem persists, refer to the error message “No
connection / Whoops! Looks like you’re not connected to the Internet” above.
Whoops! Looks like something
went wrong.
Do one of the following:
To retry the operation, tap Retry.
To try performing a transaction, tap Return to Sale.

If the terminal does not display an error message but is not functioning correctly, review this list of equipment
issues to find suggested solutions.
Issue Solution
Blank receipts and reports
The terminal appears to be
printing receipts and reports,
but the paper is blank.
The paper roll is installed backward.
To re-install the paper roll, refer to Install the paper rollin the
Moneris® Go Plus Setting up Your Hardware guide at
moneris.com/en/support/moneris-go/monerisgoplus.
Other issues
Issue Solution
Terminal does not allow you to
manually enter card numbers.
On the Purchase screen, make sure you select Manual entry as the
method of card entry. For step by step instructions, refer to Purchase
Card not present (CNP) (page 17).
To allow manual entry, the following settings are required:
“Manual entry” is enabled in your user role (page 58).
"Manual entry transactions" are enabled in the Transaction settings
(page 55).
