Indications Resolutions
The radio display shows one of the follow-
ing service codes:
• Error 0720
• Error 0721
The WAVE PTX Portal shows the following indi-
cations:
• On the Devices Summary page, the LAST
CONNECTED column shows Now and
the SOFTWARE DOWNLOADED column
shows No for more than 30 minutes.
• On the Device Details page, Software
Downloaded and Downloading Software
Package shows False.
• Periodically reload the WAVE PTX Portal,
WAVE PTX Devices Summary page.
• Perform the Wiping Device Locally on page
10 task.
• If your radio is only connected to Wi-Fi,
configure the Wi-Fi access point through
Maintenance Mode portal. For more informa-
tion refer to Connecting to the Maintenance
Mode Portal on page 9.

Indications Resolution
• At the WAVE PTX Devices Summary page
of WAVE PTX Portal, the SOFTWARE
DOWNLOADED column shows Yes.
• Your radio status bar shows Software
Available icon.
• Restarting your radio does not initiate the
software update installation.
Perform the Wiping Device Locally on page 10
task.
NOTE: Ensure your radio battery ca-
pacity shows more than 20% to com-
plete the installation.
