Indications Resolutions
• Bluetooth is enabled.
• Bluetooth accessory name appears in the
Bluetooth menu.
1 On your radio and Bluetooth accessory,
clear the Bluetooth pairing. For more infor-
mation, see MN009326A01,TLK 110 Porta-
ble Radio User Guide.
2 On your radio or the WAVE PTX Portal, dis-
able and enable the Bluetooth feature.

Hardware Problems
Indications Resolution
The radio display shows one of the follow-
ing service codes:
Error 1520
Wi-Fi modem hardware error.
Error 1620
Cellular modem hardware error.
Error 1820
Insufficient memory error.
Capture the logs manually and contact author-
ized Motorola Solutions dealer to pull the logs
remotely.
