NEC 535 - Groups

From Group Entries List
In the list of entries assigned to a Group, an entry may be removed from the Group and deleted
from the phonebook.
* Press BOOK until the Phone phonebook displays.
Press MENU (Options Menu), 6, and 3 to display the Group list screen.
Highlight and select a group name to display the group entries list screen.
Highlight an entry within the group.
Press MENU (Options Menu) and 6. A decision screen displays, “Entry name Delete this
entry?”
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) to continue the deletion and return to the group entries list.
Groups
Entries may be allocated to one of 20 groups. An entry that is not allocated to a group is listed in
the “Unassigned” group. “Unassigned” is the first group name in the list and cannot be changed.
The other 19 groups are identified with a number, 01-19 in the group name. These names may
be changed.
A phonebook entry assigned to a group displays “No Group” in the Group field of the entry
details screen. If the entry is assigned to a group the group name displays in the Group field.
Displaying Groups and Group Entries
* Press BOOK until the Phone list displays (entries in SIM or FDN cannot be allocated to a
group).
Press MENU (Options Menu), 6, and 3 to display the Group list screen (a list of all the
group names). Unassigned contains the phonebook entries that have not been assigned to
a group.
Highlight and select a group name to display the group entries list screen (a list of entries
allocated to the selected group).
Highlight an entry within the group.
