NEC 535 - Todo Details Options Menu; When todo Task Is Completed

ToDo Details Options Menu
This options menu applies to the ToDo task details. Specific tasks may be completed through
the Options menu.
To display the Options menu for a task from the ToDo Details screen,
* Press MENU (Options Menu) to display the Options menu and select the option number of
the desired function.
The following list describes the menu options that display.
(1) Status Change the status of a task to:
1. Complete
2. Incomplete
(2) Edit Edit/change the task displayed in the ToDo Details screen.
(3) Delete current Delete the task displayed in the ToDo Details screen.
(4) Add new Add a new task to the ToDo list..
(5) IR send Send the task data through the IR port to another InfraRed
device or wireless phone.
When ToDo Task Is Completed
When a task is finished, you may change the task status to Complete from the ToDo Details
screen.
* Highlight and select the task in the ToDo task list to display the ToDo Details screen.
Press Softkey 2 (Complete) or press MENU (Options Menu), 1 and 1. The task’s status is
changed from Incomplete to Complete.
O The Softkey 2 Complete
indicator displays on the
ToDo Details screen only
if the task status is
Incomplete. It does not
display if the task status is
Complete.
