Voice Mail
Voice mail feature allows unanswered calls to be forwarded to the voice mail center of your
service provider. The caller can leave a voice message in your voice mailbox. The next time you
power on the wireless phone, the network sends you a signal informing you that you have voice
mail waiting and the voice mail message icon displays in the status bar on the Idle screen.
Access your voice mail center and listen to your messages.
Setting the Voice Mail Number
* Press BOOK until the Voice mail number list displays.
Highlight the desired line and press Select twice to display the Edit Record screen.
Input the voice mail number and press Select.
Press Softkey 1 (OK) to save the change.
Checking Voice Mail
To check and listen to voice mail messages,
* Press and HOLD 1 to dial the number to access the voice mail service center. A recorded
guidance answers the phone.
Follow the directions provided to retrieve your voice mail.
From the Voice mail number list (phonebook type list), access the voice mail center by
highlighting the desired voice mail line and pressing the SEND key.
From the entry details screen, access the voice mail center by highlighting the desired voice mail
line and pressing MENU (Options Menu) and 1.
Forwarding Calls to the Voice Mail Center
After setting the voice mail number, you may use your voice mail number in the Call Forwarding
settings to forward all your calls to your voice mail without the wireless phone ringing.
