Voice Memo Options Menu
This options menu applies to the Voice Memo screen. Specific tasks may be completed through
the Options menu.
To display the Options menu,
* Press MENU (Options Menu) to display the Options menu and select the option number of
the desired function.
The following list describes the menu options that display.
(1) Edit item Set protection on/off for any selected memo so the memo cannot be
deleted or changed.
(2) Use item 1. Send the memo as a sound file in a MMS message.
2. Send the memo as an email.
3. Set the memo as a ring tone.
4. Set the memo as a message tone.
5. Send the memo through the IR Send function.
(3) Delete item Delete the selected memo item or folder if it is unprotected.
(4) Delete all Delete all unprotected memos in a folder list.
(5) Rename item Edit the note name of the selected memo or folder.
(6) Copy item The Copy item list displays. Highlight the preferred folder name and
press Softkey 1 (Copy). The memo is copied to the selected folder.
(7) Move item The Move item list displays. Highlight the preferred folder name and
press Softkey 1 (Move). The memo is moved to the selected folder.
(8) Move all Move all notes in the selected folder to another folder.
(9) Create folder Create a new folder within the selected folder.
(0) Storage detail Display the current storage information in the phone memory
( * ) View detail Display the detail information of the selected note.
