NEC 535 - Remove Entry from Group

Group Options Menu
While viewing the list of Phone entries assigned to a Group, you may go back to the Phone list
to select an entry (assigned to another group or not assigned to a group) and add the selected
entry to the current displayed Group entries list.
* Press BOOK until the Phone list displays (entries in SIM or FDN cannot be allocated to a
group).
Press MENU (Options Menu), 6, and 3 to display the Group list screen (a list of all the
group names).
Highlight and select a Group name to display the Group entries list (group name with a list
of assigned Phone entries).
Press MENU (Options Menu) and 4 to display the Phone list entries.
Highlight and select the preferred Phone entry to add to the group.
If the Phone entry is already allocated to a group, a decision screen displays, “Move this
entry from Old Group Name to New Group Name?”
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) to move the entry to the new group or press Softkey 2 (No) to
cancel moving the entry. The confirmation screen displays stating, “Entry added to group
name.” and return to the phonebook screen.

Highlight the entry to remove from its assigned group.
Press MENU (Options Menu), 6, and 2. A decision screen stating, “Remove this entry from
group name?”
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) to remove the entry from its assigned group or press Softkey 2 (No)
to cancel removing the entry. A confirmation screen displays stating, “Entry removed from
group name.”
