PERSONAL DIRECTORIES
These procedures outline some of the advanced features available on the
DT920/DT920S and DT930/DT930S phones.
Depending on the model of your phone and the configuration of your system, not all
features may be available on your phone.
Note: The DT920 phones have a smaller screen display than is shown in the
examples in this section. You may have to scroll using the cursor pad and
softkeys to see all available options.
The following symbols represent the phone’s directional cursor pad and key pad:
DT PHONE DISPLAY
The  Up and  Down softkeys on the phone indicate to the user when there are
more options than displayed on the LCD screen.
Note: The softkeys are buttons that change function depending on the situation.
Each softkey’s current function is displayed on the LCD screen above the
button on the phone.
