Internal drive supplementary matters
Conditions of internal drives in default factory configuration
In default factory configuration, there are some conditions of drive types and RAID levels can be installed
as below.
Common
All drives in default factory configuration should be of the same type, sector and rotation speed.
For the shipment with RAID array, select the drives in the same capacity as many as needed.
RAID controller configuration
RAID level 0, 1, 5, 6, 10 can be installed for default factory configuration shipment. Selectable RAID levels are depending on the
RAID controller.
Capacity of Logical drive can be within 2TB with legacy boot mode, capacity of logical drive can be within the total capacity of
logical disks with UEFI boot mode.
As factory shipment, Initial cache policy of RAID controllers is Write Through for N8103-189, Write back for N8103-190/191.
