1: Mode 1 1: On With a SIP INVITE for incoming calls. When a + is presented as the inter-
national access code along with a country code that DOES NOT match the
value in Program 10-02-01, then delete the + and add the international ac-
cess code value in Program 10-02-02 only.

With a SIP INVITE for incoming calls. When a + is presented as the inter-
national access code along with a country code that DOES match the val-
ue in Program 10-02-01, then delete the + and country code but DO NOT
add the international access code value.
