FIGHTER 1110
To fill the collector system, mix about 30% antifreeze
with water in an open container and connect with fill-
ing pump and hoses as illustrated. The valve on the
main line between the service connection is shut and
filling is carried out under the level vessel (NK), until
the liquid comes back in the return hose. The following
settings are then carried out on the control panel.
■ Set the switch to 1.
■ Go to the Brine-pump menu, Add-drift in the ser-
vice menu. Set Brine-pump to 1 and press Oper-
ating mode. Set Add-drift to 1 and press Operat-
ing mode.
The heat pump cannot start due to EP operating mode
(electrical operation only). The brine pump is now
operational together with the filling pump. The fluid
can circulate via the mixing vessel until fluid, without
air, returns to the return hose. Now stop the brine
pump by setting Brine-pump to 0. Stop the filling
pump and clean the particle filter. Then start the filling
pump again. Open the valve on the main pipe
between the service branches while the filling pump is
still operational (to release the air between the branch-
es). Now shut the valve on the return hose. Pressurise
the system (to max 3 bar) with the filling pump. Then
shut the valves closest to the level vessel and stop the
filling pump. Fill the level vessel with liquid up to
around 75%. Now shut the filling plug and open the
valve under the vessel. Reset normal mode by setting
Add to 0.
