Select the diameter 7.20.
The blades together with the centralizers move
to the
previously set diameter, i.e. 7.20 mm.
Select Open.
The blades open and the grippers release the
adjusting pin.
• Turn off the machine (8) (Fig. 4).
• Securely tighten the set screws (10) of the stripping blades (Fig. 12).
Do not over tighten the set screws (10) (Fig. 12) as this may damage the dovetail
guides of the blade holders.
• Install the safety cover (2) (Fig. 2, page 11).
• Turn the machine on.
• Select a program and carry out the respective stripping test.
• Check the stripping result.
In case the stripping results do not coincide with those previously obtained the
blades have not been accurately adjusted and the adjustment must be repeated.
By correcting the programmed diameter setting the adjustment can be optimized.
