Keypad troubleshooting
Context
If one or more keys are stuck, so that the key does not react when a keydome key is pressed, the failure is
caused by mechanical reasons (dirt, rust, mechanical damage, etc.)
If the failure mode is not clear, start with the Keyboard test in Phoenix.
