Trigger Timeout
a The system will give an alert if a
trigger input is on for more than
the trigger timeout setting. When
an encoder is used, the timeout
should be set to the length of the
machine. When no encoder is
used, the timeout period should
be set in seconds, as desired. A
setting of “0” disables this
feature.
Product
Skip
b The controller can skip the
application of a dhesive to certain
products when this feature is
enabled. The skip setting is
made on the Trigger Settings
screen when this feature is
enabled.
NOTES:
S The Product Skip function
only operates on one of the
triggers. The system
automatically selects the first
active trigger for the skip
function. Other triggers
operate as normal triggers
(without the skip function).
The Product Skip function in
the Trigger Settings screen
only appears when the first
active trigger is selected.
S Palletize settings will not be
available if the Product S kip
setting is not selected in this
screen.
S For information on Palletize
Settings refer to Trigger
Settings in User Interface,
Section 4.
