Video Mode [ ]
1. Rotate the mode dial to [ ] Video mode and power on your camera.
2. You can start recording a video clip by pressing the shutter button. The elapsed
time displays on the LCD monitor while recording a video clip.
3. To stop recording, press the shutter button again.
Possible Recording Time/Seconds (Video Clip)
The table shows the approximate movie time that you can record at each setting based on 14MB internal memory
or an optional SD memory card from 8MB to 512MB.
By using the [ ] Video mode you can record video clips at a resolution of
320X240 pixels or 160x120 pixels. Voice can also be recorded.
The provided video menus are [VIDEO SIZE], [VIDEO QUALITY] and [VIDEO COLOR].

In [ ] Video mode, the digital zoom cannot be activated; however, the optical zoom can be used while
composing.
Be sure not to cover the camera’s microphone while recording video clips.
