Chapter 5 Scanner Operation
[Application] - [Frame/Fold Erasure]
Allows you to enable/disable Frame/Fold Erasure setting.
The Fold Erasure mode cannot be used in combination with the Full-image
Area.
[Application] - [Full-image Area]
In this mode, the document is scanned completely to the edges.
This feature cannot be used in combination with Non-image Area Erase, Re-
verse Image, or Frame/Fold Erasure.
[ROTATION OFF]
Use this feature not to rotate the original image automatically by 90 degrees counter-
clockwise. The default is not selected.
In scanner mode, a print job is not sent from the print controller. When the
scanner function is not used, it is recommended to set up the printing system in
print mode or copy mode. When AUTO RESET is available, control panel mode
setting became in copy mode automatically.
