8. Editing Address Book
You can register an e-mail group from [Group No.] in [E-mail Address].

Press the (SETTING) button on the operator panel.

Press the button to select [Address Book], and then press the button.

Press the button to select [E-mail Group], and then press the button.

Press the or button to select the number in which no address is stored
and press the button.

Check that [Register] is selected, and then press the button.

Check that [Name] is selected, and then press the button.

Enter the name using the numeric keypad or the , , , or button.
You can enter up to 16 characters.

Select [Enter], and then press the (OK) button.

Press the button to select [Address No.] and press the button.

Press the or button to select the E-mail address and press the (OK)
button.
The check box is selected. You can select multiple e-mail addresses.

Select all the e-mail addresses needed, and then press the button.

Press the button.

Press the (OK) button.
You can add an e-mail address to the address book from the transmission history.
The transmission history displays only sent faxes whose destinations were directly entered.

Select an E-mail address you want to register, and then press the button.

Check that [Register to Address Book] is selected, and then press the
button.

Press the or button to select the number to register and press the
button.
When overwriting a registered number, select the number and press the button to display the confirmation
screen.Select [Yes] and then press the (OK) button.

Check that [Name] is selected, and then press the button.

Enter the name using the numeric keypad or the , , , or button.
You can enter up to 16 characters.

Select [Enter], and then press the (OK) button.

Press the (OK) button.

Repeat steps 4 to 10 until you complete registering all the e-mail addresses.
