8. Editing Address Book
Fax Numbers
This section describes how to register/delete fax numbers and group numbers in or from the
phone book of the machine.
You can register/delete them from a computer using the Web page of the machine or Configuration Tool.

You can register up to 300 destinations to speed dial.
You can create up to 20 groups, and register the entire groups as speed dial numbers.
For details on character entry methods, refer to "Entering Characters (User's Manual)".
The numbers that are registered in groups with the [Speed Dial] function synchronize the numbers that are registered
in groups with the [Group No.] function.

Press the (SETTING) button on the operator panel.

Press the button to select [Phone Book], and then press the button.

Check that [Speed Dial] is selected, and then press the button.

Press the or button to select the speed dial number in which no phone
number is stored and press the button.

Check that [Register] is selected, and then press the button.

Check that [Name] is selected, and then press the button.

Enter the name using the numeric keypad or the , , , or button.
You can enter up to 24 characters.

Select [Enter], and then press the (OK) button.

Press the button to select [Fax Number] and press the button.

Enter a fax number.
You can enter up to 40 digits.

Press the (OK) button.

Press the (OK) button again. The confirmation screen appears and the
screen returns to the [Speed Dial] screen.

Repeat steps 4 to 13 until you complete registering all the fax numbers.
