Picking up a group call with the call pickup key
A group call is waiting. The Group pickup key flashes. The group call is not
shown on the display.
Press the Softkey shown.
The group call is now shown on the display with
Pickup: Caller
for: Party
The pop-up menu opens:

Lift the handset (only if the appropriate function is set by your administrator).

Press the key or press it again if call answering was initiated via the key. The
speakerphone function is activated.
Ignoring a group call
Select and confirm the option shown. The phone stops signaling the group call.
The "Call pickup" key is configured ( page 54). Your administrator has
set up the group call such that it is only displayed by the Group pickup key
flashing. The phone can also ring when idle.
