5 Handling
5.1 Safety
Use the metal belt saw only under the following conditions:
• The metal belt saw is in proper working order.
• The metal belt saw is used as prescribed.
• Follow the instruction manual.
• All safety devices are installed and activated.
All anomalies should be eliminated immediately. Stop the machine immediately in the event of
any abnormality in operation and make sure it cannot be started up accidentally or without
authorisation.
Notify the person responsible immediately of any modification.
