Explanation of the display
This section of the operating manual
explains the meaning and use of the warning references contained in the operating manual,
states the instructions with regard to the operation of the metal belt saw,
warns you on the dangers to you and third parties, which could occur in the event the instruc-
tions in this manual are not observed,
informs you on measures that help prevent hazard.
In addition to this operating manual please observe
applicable laws and regulations,
legal regulations for accident prevention,
the danger, warning and mandatory signs such as the warning reference on the
metal belt saw.
During installation, operation, maintenance and repair of the metal belt saw the European stand-
ards are to be observed.
With regard to relevant national legislation which has not yet been adjusted to the European
standards, the applicable national legislation is to be observed.
If applicable, the relevant precautions, as to be observed in accordance with the national rules
and regulations, are to be adhered to, prior to operating the metal belt saw.
