• Connect the battery for absolute encoder
(recommended: ER6V 3.6 V from Toshiba
Battery), as follows.
• Connect the power for multi-turn data storage
to the absolute encoder through BTP-O (pin 3)
and BTN-O (pin 4) of encoder connector X6.
• Or, directly connect the encode connection
cable to the battery or connect the battery
directly.
