[AUTO]
Automatically detects the attitude of the projector by the built-in angle sensor.
Set [AUTO] normally.
[FLOOR]
Select this item when installing the projector on a desk, etc.
[CEILING]
Select this item when installing the projector using the Ceiling Mount Bracket (optional).
Projected image is inverted upside down.
Note

[ECO MANAGEMENT]
Set the operation method of the projector.
The settings are reected when “Initial setting (operation setting)” (
x
page 43) in the
[INITIAL SETTING]
screen is already set.
If you change the settings while using the projector, the duration until the brightness decreases to half may shorten
or the brightness may decrease.
Setting [OPERATING MODE]
1) Press

to select [ECO MANAGEMENT].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.

screen is displayed.

to select [OPERATING MODE].

to switch the item.

The items will switch each time you press the button.
[NORMAL]
Set this item to prioritize the brightness. [LIGHT OUTPUT] is 100 %, and the estimated runtime is
approximately 20 000 hours

[ECO]
The brightness will decrease compared to [NORMAL], but set this item to prioritize the life of the light
source. [LIGHT OUTPUT] is 80 %, and the estimated runtime is approximately 24 000 hours

[QUIET]
The brightness will decrease compared to [NORMAL], but set this item to prioritize the operation with
low noise. [LIGHT OUTPUT] is 80 %, and the estimated runtime is approximately 20 000 hours

.
[USER]
Set [LIGHT OUTPUT] as desired.
*1 Estimated runtime is the time until the brightness decreases to approximately half of the time of delivery when the projector is used with the
[PICTURE] menu → [DYNAMIC CONTRAST] set to [2] and under environment of 0.15 mg/m

dust. The value of runtime is just an estimate,
and is not the warranty period.

When [USER] is selected, the uniformity of brightness between multiple screens can be maintained by adjusting [LIGHT OUTPUT] of each
projector when a multi-display screen is structure with multiple projectors.
