SECTION 2 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES

2. 18. Phosphor wheel 2 removal
1. Unscrew 1 torx screw-A, 5 screws-B and remove the PW cover.
2. Unscrew 2 screws-C and remove the PW support metal upward.
3. Unscrew 2 screws-D and remove the phosphor wheel 2 upward.
[Note] • Pull up the Phosphor wheel carefully not to touch the Lighting case.
• Do not touch the phosphor surface of Phosphor wheel.
[Note on mounting]
• Dress the FPC cable from the Phosphor wheel as the black line
marker on the cable comes to the edge of the Lighting case.
Torque: 70±10 N•cm
