It is necessary in advance to select "Allow" for "FTP
access to camera" on the [Network] tab of the
"Network" page.

Install the viewer software on a PC.

Check the version of DirectX as follows.
 (1) Select"Run…"fromthestartmenuofWindows

 (2) Enter"dxdiag"inthedisplayeddialogboxand
clickthe[OK]button.
If the version of DirectX is older than 9.0c, upgrade it.
Cannot obtain images on
the SD memory card.
No image is displayed.
