thatunauthorizedpersonnelarenotallowedtoworkwithandonthelubricator;
thatthesafetyregulationsareadheredtowhenmountingthelubricatororduringmaintenance.
2.2 General Safety Instructions
♦ Wearenotlayingclaimtocompletenessasregardsthesesafetyinstructions.Pleasecontactperma-tec
CustomerServiceifyouhaveanyqueriesorproblems.
♦ Atthetimeofdeliverythelubricatorisinlinewithstate-of-the-arttechnologyandinprincipleisconsidered
tobesafetooperate.
♦ Dangersemanatefromthelubricatorforpersons,thelubricatoritselfandforothermaterialassetsofthe
operatorif:
unqualiedpersonneloperatesthelubricator;
thelubricatorisusedinappropriatelyandforoperationsthatitwasnotintendedtobeusedfor;
thelubricatorsetting/variationisincorrect;
thelubricatorisopenedbyforcewhileinoperation;
thelubricatorisnotmountedwiththepermamountingdevice;
thetubeconnectiontothelubricationpointwasnotcarriedoutandattachedcorrectly.
♦ Operatethelubricatoronlywhenitisinperfectcondition.
♦ Retrotting,changing,orreconstructingthelubricatorisnotallowed.perma-tecmustbeconsultedrst.
♦ Onlyoriginaltubeconnectionsandconnectorsfromperma-teccanbeusedonorwiththelubricationsystem
sincethesewillwithholdhighpressuresofupto25bar(360psi).
♦ Onlyanoriginalconnectingcablefromperma-teccanbeusedtoconnectthelubricatortoyourcontrolsystem
andyourequipment.
