 Assemble the control horn and bracket
 Fit the bracket to the horn with plenty of grease. Apply Loctite 243 and make sure the
hinge is free and easy to move with no binding.
 Now trial fit the horn. Sand the elavator's surface clean and remove any bumps to
ensure the horn fits nicely.
