Managing your images/text messages
The Manage List link appears when you view your graphic or text images within the Edit Envelope
screen.
They are listed in the order in which they were downloaded and according to the colour filter you select in
the Graphic Ad or Text Message screen (colour, black, postal ink). You can hide an item so that it doesn’t
appear as an option for the envelope or tape.
MyGraphics™ Designer
Your Connect+® Series / SendPro® P-Series system has the flexibility to print ccustomized messages
and graphics (Graphic Ads, Text Messages, Return Addresses) on the blank portion of your envelope
while it's printing postage. The MyGraphics™ Designer tool from Pitney Bowes provides a simple way to
create and transfer customised Graphic Ads to your mailing system.
l You must run MyGraphics™ Designer on a PC separate from your mailing system.
l The colour of a graphic printed by your mailing system is based on the printer in the system and the
colour of the initial image.
Once you create a graphic and upload it using MyGraphics Designer, you can download it onto your
mailing system by checking for rates and updates.
