If you experience envelope stoppage on your Connect+® 2000 / SendPro® P2000 Connect+® 500W /
SendPro® P1500system, follow the steps here to clear the stoppage and perform the recommended
maintenance operations to prevent further stoppages.
1. Lift the (a) feed cover and the (b) printer cover and locate the stoppage (c).
2. Prepare the envelopes for the feed deck.
