Application Settings
The Application settings allow you to enter Discount Codes for parcel rates you have negotiated with
Canada Post.
To access, select the Settings button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.
Discount Codes
Discount codes represent parcel rates you have negotiated with Canada Post. You receive the codes
from PB. Once you enter the codes, the rates apply automatically whenever you select a class that uses
these rates.
To enter new codes:
1. Select the Settings button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.
2. Select Applications, then Discount Codes.
3. If codes have already been entered, they will be displayed in the "Discount codes on record" list
box.
4. If no codes are present, or to enter additional codes, select Enter discount codes button.
5. Select Next after each entry, then OK when complete.
