If there is any clearance it is eliminated by unscrewing screws (see figure below) and pushing
the counterprofile towards the cassette mechanism. Do not use any tools to move the coun
-
terprofile. Tighten the screws by pressing the screw head with finger. Check once more that
there is no clearance left but also that the contact between the counterprofile and the guid
-
ance profile is not tight. This can be done by carefully pushing the rotating unit from the cas-
sette end using the same speed at which it moves when it is driven by the stepper motor and
turn it approximately 45° to both directions. If there is too much tension, the movement is stiff
and continually sticks in the middle area.
