nel is set to 0dB, in other words, no gain is applied. It is also assumed that the
Amplifier can accept the nominal 0dBu level from the SoundStructure device,
allowing the SoundStructure Amplifier output to have 0dB output gain. If the
Amplifier input has an RCA connection, the Amplifier output gain adjusted
from 0dB to -10dB to prevent overdriving the consumer-level input on the
Amplifier.
